Guaranteed reservations and deposits

We require a deposit of 50% of the full stay within 10 days of making a reservation. Full payment is then required no later than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Any reservation confirmed less than 30 days prior to guest's arrival requires full deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made for a reservation during a festive period, and it is less than 90 days prior to the guests' arrival, the guest will forfeit 100% of the prepayment amount. For all other times during the year, full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fee will be applied if a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
If an early cancellation is made outside the prepayment periods described above, any payment will be refunded to the guest in full. Guests who do not arrive for the days booked or who arrive a day late will be responsible for 100% of the total cost.
